The KCTA Training Provider Endorsement Scheme will provide a badge of excellence for training providers and will enable care providers in Kent to have confidence in the learning and development that they are purchasing is of the highest quality and delivered by trainers who are occupationally competent trainers.

- A minimum of three years occupational competence
- A minimum of two years training delivery
- A working understanding of Qualification and Credit Framework and Common Induction Standards
- A working understanding of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Essential Standards for quality and safety
